WA Harness Driving Society hosted the WA State Show Driving Championships along with the prestigious Horse of the Year Awards at Perth Horse and Pony Club on 5th - 6th of November.
Whilst the temperature on Saturday soared well into the thirties, the first class grounds with the lake next to is gave a little respite when the sea breeze came thru.
Judges from the eastern states for the weekend were Amanda and Carolyn Blakeley who were presented with a magnificent array of horses and ponies and different types of vehicles to choose from.

Champion Off The Track was Scoot on By and A Guagliard.

Champion Multiples & Multiples of the Year were Gold Park Golden Girl and Gold Park Gizmo with A Colli.

Champion Small Pony  and Small pony of the Year was Sir Carracane with J Kelly.

Champion and  Donkey of the Year was Mr Darcy and D Maton.

Supreme Champion Exhibit, Champion Large Harness Pony and Large Pony of the Year went to Minstral Moonglow - N Tester.

Champion Horse was Trapalanda Dandaragan - T Tester
